1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetPro Wallpaper website or requesting our services, including inquiries, estimates and scheduling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an inquiry. SMS communications require the separate consent described below.

2. Services

GetPro Wallpaper provides residential and commercial wallpaper installation, removal and associated wall preparation, with project discussions and estimates as described on this website. The suitable material, surface condition, access, scope and availability must be confirmed for your project.

An inquiry is not a booking, a service contract or a guaranteed estimate. Any actual work, scope, timing and other project terms are agreed separately. Website articles are general planning information, not a wall assessment; your wallpaper manufacturer’s instructions take priority.

3. SMS Messaging and Consent

Submitting a phone number does not itself authorize SMS. Acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy expressly does not provide marketing-SMS consent.

If you separately opt into an SMS program, messages must be limited to the purpose and permissions explained in that opt-in. An inquiry does not authorize promotional texts. For separately consented messages, frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, or call (734) 822-9595.

Messaging preferences and consent may be recorded to respect your choices. Consent and opt-out choices for an SMS program are separate from acceptance of these website terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate contact and project information for scheduling and communication. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or material you do not have permission to share.

5. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, graphics, branding and other content belong to GetPro Wallpaper or their respective rights holders and are used with applicable permission. Unauthorized copying, reuse or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by law or the applicable rights holder. Nothing on this website grants permission to reuse third-party content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetPro Wallpaper is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its general information. This website may change and does not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular wall or product.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any terms concerning actual wallpaper services are addressed in the applicable project agreement and remain subject to law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms and post the revised version on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the updated website terms. A change to these terms does not substitute for any separately required SMS opt-in or amendment to an existing project agreement.
